What do therapy sessions look like?

Our sessions will focus on exploring emotions, patterns and somatic experiences to help you feel grounded and more in tune with your true authentic self. I will integrate evidenced based therapies to address the roots of the problem, while bringing you closer to your current goals.

Together we work to:

Understand your individual needs, goals, patterns, and strengths

Develop an individualized treatment plan

Build self-compassion, somatic awareness, and insight

Develop practical tools to manage daily life

Types of Sessions

📍 In-person: Beverly, MA | 💻 Telehealth: MA & RI

  • Your first step starts here. The initial consultation is a chance for us to get to know each other and determine whether my practice is the right fit for your needs. We’ll talk through your concerns, goals, and what brings you to therapy. This session typically lasts 15-20 minutes and is offered at no cost. It’s an opportunity to ask questions and learn more about how we work before committing to ongoing care.xt goes here

  • A diagnostic assessment helps me to understand the full picture of your mental and emotional health. During this comprehensive evaluation, we’ll explore your history, symptoms, and current challenges to determine an accurate diagnosis—if one is appropriate. This process guides treatment planning and ensures that therapy is both focused and effective. Assessments are conducted with care, clarity, and collaboration, and rates depend on the nature of the assessment provided.

  • This is where we explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences in a supportive, nonjudgmental setting. My goal is to build an ongoing relationship with you, in order to help you gain insight, build resilience, and move toward meaningful change. Online or in-person, sessions are tailored to your unique needs. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly.

  • I offer consultation to individuals who already have a primary therapist, and other providers who are already supporting individuals, who require additional short-term expertise in the treatment of OCD and Eating Disorders. Typically consultations require 2-3 sessions, and are completed with a set of written recommendations and next steps.

  • As an LICSW, I offer supervision to LCSW’s and MSW’s, in training. In particular, for those interested in developing their expertise in relational therapy, or in the treatment of OCD and Eating Disorders.
