Through my relational approach to healing, I offer a safe space to explore each individual’s unique challenges, uncover their strengths, guide them towards discovering new pathways to healing, equipping them along the way with practical tools to navigate life’s trials and transitions. Our sessions will focus on exploring emotions, patterns and somatic experiences to help you feel grounded and more in tune with your true-self. I will integrate evidenced based therapies including Internal Family Systems and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy to address the roots of the problem, and Exposure Response Prevention, where appropriate to bring you closer to your goals.
